Free & Easy Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 we have increased the eligibility window on our return policy. Merchandise purchased on asics.com may be returned for a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase, both in-store and online, if it meets the following conditions:
- Merchandise was purchased on asics.com or from an ASICS store. We do not accept returns from other authorized retailers.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
- All tags still attached to product.
- Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- Return shipment must include the packing slip.
- Reason for return must be indicated.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.
1. Use the free pre-printed ASICS label included with your order to return your items in their original packaging. If you did not receive a pre-printed ASICS return label, please click here to print a new free shipping label. You can also request a free shipping label from Customer Care by emailing email@example.com or by calling (855)-233-3120. Free return shipping is included when you use the ASICS return label.
2. If you choose not to use the ASICS label, ship items pre-paid to the address below in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. ASICS does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders using your own shipping method.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.
ASICS is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.asics.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
ASICS America reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.
Return In Store
Bring your items to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet store in the U.S. for easy, free returns.
1. Bring proof of purchase - order confirmation page, order details page, or order email. ASICS will issue a refund to the original source of payment. If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable. To find the closest store, use our store locator.
ASICS.com does not currently offer exchanges.

Buy 1, Get 1 Promotions Return Policy
Both items, used in conjunction with each other to receive the Buy 1, Get 1 Promotion, must be returned in the same package to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for returns with only one item. If you require a different size for one item please contact Customer Care at (855) 233-3120 and we will be happy to assist you.
